Reality HR engaged Polymedia to support its ambitious growth plans through strategic communications, working in partnership with its in-house marketing team.
As the business evolved, it needed a stronger brand, clearer messaging and a website that better reflected its expertise, larger client base and ability to support organisations with both outsourced and in-house HR services.

We delivered a brand refresh and new website, placing Reality HR’s purpose at the centre of its communications before developing an ongoing programme of thought leadership, guides, blogs, social media and webinars.
During the pandemic we provided additional communications support to help businesses navigate rapidly changing employment legislation, and we have continued to flex our support as the company’s needs have changed.
Our long-term partnership has helped strengthen Reality HR’s market position, culminating in the successful acquisition of HR Initiatives in 2024, creating one of the UK’s largest independent HR consultancies.
The Polymedia team are there when I need them – they are highly responsive, creative and always able to collaborate with us in a way that complements our work in-house.
